BEST PRACTICES FROM THE COMMUNITY TO THE WORLD
Emprendedores Comunitarios is a project born from the need to empower and reinforce the entrepreneurial spirit of millions of venezuelans who live in thousands of communities around the country. The embassy of France in Venezuela, through its program Piscca 2020, called for projects from the civil society. La Bastilla presented Emprendedores Comunitarios, a great social framework to be executed in Las Minas de Baruta and and Santa Cruz del Este. The project is divided into two areas of action, both with special focus on the economic and social development of its participants. The areas are the micro-entrepreneurship program and the entrepreneurial mothers program.
micro entrepreneurship
The objective of the micro-entrepreneurship program is to promote the talent of the community through and intensive 10 weeks of continuos workships divided into 5 transveral pillars dictated by professionals. Each pillar has a duration of 2 weeks.

Pillar 4: Marketing.
Pillar 5: Scalability.
entrepreneurial moms
Our intintention is to be able to promote the work and professionalism of those mother who are the fundamental pillar of the family economics. Through the recording of clips about their economic activity, the participants will be able to demonstrate and explain key elements so that other mothers find inspiration to the develop their full potential. The program will create an ecosystem in which every mother of the community will be able to create links of collaboration and mutual learning.
We gather different stakeholders.
One of the greatest virtues of Emprendedores Comunitarios is that it relies on the action of different stakeholders to reach the utmost potential. We gather private companies, academia and other civil society organization which, together with our main ally, the french embassy, understands that together we can go further for the benefit of the community and the people.
